Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Ismail Syed trading as TradesIQ.

What's included

Flyers: custom designs in your brand colours, supplied as print-ready and social media files.
Logo Design: a custom logo supplied in files for print, digital use and social media.
Premium Websites: a professional website for your business, with ongoing monthly upkeep while maintenance is active.
Brand Refresh Package: a new logo, watermark, flyers and a menu or price list in one go.

All charges are agreed with you before work starts.

Each design includes one free round of changes. Further changes may be charged and will be agreed with you first.

Printing costs are separate from design fees. You receive print-ready files you can take to any printer.

Flyers are usually ready within 3–5 working days, once we have your logo, colours and details.

You own your designs.

We want you to love your design, so if something isn't right, just let us know and we'll work with you to fix it.

Before we start: changed your mind? No problem – you'll get a full refund.
Once work has started: we've already put time into your design, so we can't offer a refund. Instead, we'll keep working with you until you're happy with it.
If we can't deliver: if for any reason we can't deliver your work, you'll get a full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
