Why we use it

• To reply to you, give you a price and deliver the work you order (contract / steps before a contract).

Who it's shared with

We don't sell your data. It is only shared with services that help run TradesIQ: our website host and database provider, our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.

How long we keep it

Customer records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and accounting reasons, then deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how it's used, or withdraw consent. Email ismail@tradesiq.co.uk and our team will reply within one month.
